I've worked in the commercial real estate industry for 18 years. For the past 12 years, I've focused on debt and equity placement for properties across the country and have raised nearly $10 billion in capital for sponsors. This includes senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and common equity. From an asset class perspective, I'm primarily focused on multifamily, industrial, life science, retail, self-storage, and BTR communities.
