This software component allowed the PTC software products to be integrated with ERP systems such as Baan, SAP, Oracle. Responsibilities included hands on management of engineering and quality assurance resources geographically dispursed over multiple continents. Point of contact for the sales and service organizations to ensure specialized client requirements were effectively planned into development cycles.Select Accomplishments:• Turned around a seriously delayed project plan to deliver a software product within an acceptable timeframe by arranging and managing 24x7 development/quality assurance cycles utilizing sub-teams all over the globe.• Resolved long-standing licensing issues with third-party suppliers, securing several million dollars in annual revenues that could not previously be billed.• Key architect of a three-year, $20 million partnership arrangement between PTC and Accenture Consulting.
