About Mark Rothwell
I was born in Bolton & went to University in Newcastle. I spent all of my childhood summers in a small Welsh surfer village called Abersoch & have lived in Wilmslow all of my professional working life. I love to explore and travel and am on a mission to tick off as many bucket list destinations as possible.. oh and I have climbed Mt Kilimanjaro. Career Journey:Growing up I was one of a rare breed, having watched my father carve out a successful career in sales and provide a great life for his family, I knew it was what I wanted to do. I spent the first 16 years of my working life at Pareto, where I was lucky enough to progress from SDR through to SVP & developed a passion for not just selling but also teaching others how to become great sales people. More recently I made the leap into the world of tech & after a short stint at Access, I'm now leading the team in at Hiring-Hub into our next phase of growth. Throughout my career I enable teams to:- Build clarity and vision around their purpose and 'why'- Research and understand their clients and industry- Build quality pipeline- Ask better questions to understand customer pain points - Close deals faster as a result of better insights, engagement and strategy.
