Independent contractor DAWRIC project EU funded project implemented by British Council Key Responsibilities: - Prepare a Quality Assurance plan based on the project goals, objectives and activities - Ensuring the implementation of the QA plan in coordination with the project partners - Enforcing policies and procedures adopted in compliance with the British Council and ensuring compliance with EU standards across all activities - Establishing, performing, and monitoring quality assurance of training programs - Verifying and analyzing performance of routine quality controls and quality assurance of services delivered across all activities under the project by each partner - Oversee implementation of M&E systems and framework - Establishing and maintaining quarterly reports to demonstrate quality performance of the project partners activities - Evaluating all technical aspects of the project for quality controls and interacting with all partners leadership to implement improvements - Performing periodic on-site quality audits with the project partners

• Cost development of Tanmia products and processes . Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization (Product Development, Quality, food safety laboratory and production)• optimize the processe and recipes to reduce cost and maintain or improve quality • Set the yearly budget and report updates on a monthly basis• Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements • Food safety team leader and ISO 22000 internal auditor • Ensure the continuity of the ISO 22000 certificate• Oversee the product's development from concept or the planning phase until completion and product launch • Set the yearly Product development plan • Oversee existing products in their improvement process or maintenance of their existing standards.• Manage the food production department, oversee the monthly production schedule and deliverables to avoid any out of stock accident.• Set , follow up and evaluate the teams’ KPI to ensure the company’s goals achievement through an Integrated Business Planning Cycle
