Defined and developed the entire internal security practice along side Eliminating over 1 Million vulnerabilities of various severities across multiple datacenters, office locations and existing configurations lingering form previous acquisitions or lack there of a former security review process. Implemented various policies and procedures such as a Fair Risk analysis procedure, bussiness risk policies, vulnerability management policies, information, and data classification policies. Enforced these policies throughout the company in combination with acquisition of various tools to develop an entire internal security department and better correct the course of overall security posture for one of the top Managed services provides nationally. Placed from a Staffing company to direct employment for 1 year at JPM Chase as a project manager to oversee a team of 25 individuals to lead an OS migration effort, this effort included optimizing and coordinating the PXE upgrade process for Various ATM models across the country. We have successfully upgraded over 120 thousand ATM’s within our desired timeframe without compromising security.
