I led a team of 14 tree planters to complete five reforestation contracts across Northern Ontario. My team planted 1.4 million trees, and our average daily production increased by 160% from the start to the end of the three-month season.- Developed relationships with clients and managed expectations as the contracts progressed.- Performed quality control for all the employees under my supervision, and created and implemented plans to resolve any crop quality issues on a daily basis.- Trained 11 of the 14 beginner-level crew members on technical requirements, and delivered performance reviews on a regular basis.
