Following a period of rapid expansion through acquisition, I was appointed to lead the consolidation and strategy of lightspeeds many CRM environments. I oversee a team of 26 team members in 5 different countries and with a user base of over 2000 people. I am responsible for delivering an internal system environment that will meet the growing demands of an established market player and enable Lightspeed to achieve its goals, leveraging best in class technologies and practices.

Following a new round of funding, I was appointed to support Vend’s growth by maturing its CRM/systems environment and leading global revenue strategy and localisation to markets in collaboration with country heads. I am responsible for ground-up customer engagement and technology strategies for all customer-facing departments. Overseeing a team of 10 direct reports in 4 countries and working with 100s of stakeholders, I have mapped customer journeys to inform a complete overhaul of CRM systems and made the case for the largest company spend to date while overhauling revenue operations from a technology, process and cultural perspective.

Following the company’s purchase by Nippon Life Insurance Group, I was responsible for supporting a major transformation project to migrate legacy systems to a purpose-built CRM system. Overseeing a significant CAPEX budget for the entirety of a 4-year program and an OPEX budget annually, I developed a technology roadmap to align future customer strategies with technology needs. Leading a team of 16 business analysts and 2 implementation partners, I developed a framework to support the development of customer engagement strategy across the entire customer journey that would achieve sustainable business impact.

Following a change of CEO, I was engaged to implement the reporting processes needed to appropriately track the success of an ambitious strategic plan. I led the development of strategic planning across teams, designing KPIs and targets in line with 2020 organisational goals and creating a reporting and analytics committee to own progress reports. Leading a team of 7 in 3 cities, I improved our performance by focusing on cause-bound insights and positive improvements combined with benchmarking and external data to emphasise positive impacts.

Initially charged with improving sales reporting capabilities, I was later promoted to oversee improvements to all areas of the sales journey as the company entered a rapid growth phase. Leading a team of 6 with responsibility for CAPEX and OPEX, I identified a need for a number of major changes including a CRM overhaul and creation of customer segmentation and service strategies that increased focus on priority customers with appropriate service levels.
