Performed Root Cause Analyses on failed units using ACE (United Technologies system for Process and Quality Improvement) tools and RedX methods,Designed fault tracking system and structured fault codes to track and trend quality issues, Utilized precision equipment, Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Comparator, for dimensional analysis, coordinated with external labs for other testing. Communicated with Supply Chain and Suppliers regarding Corrective and Preventative Actions for Quality Issues. Operated and coordinated testing on 6-station lock cycling machine. Supported Product Development by providing historical Quality data and input for ongoing Program Risk Evaluations. Extensive involvement using Oracle, supported transition from Navision to Oracle for Distribution center and Repair processes. Inspected and provided results regarding product which was returned from customers experiencing Product (Safety) Incidents; defined Retention Policy for all Quality returns. Visited Customer sites to assess Onity products and other possible contributing factors to Quality.
