Specifically requested by the General Manager of MedPro to accept a position as the Senior Program Manager for an on-site contract, worth over 2M, for the Military Health System, Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative contract. Manage 12 employees; with 1 subcontract. Accountable for all deliverables for the contract to include the development and continuously refinement of a methodology that evaluates potential regionalization / consolidation opportunities and determines the necessary steps in executing data center consolidation. Participate in key meetings and assembled the MHS FDCCI Working group to assist in the reporting requirements to the Office of Management and Budget. The coordination and execution of site visits to verify the existing MHS data center inventory and collect essential elements of information for further evaluation. The development of an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) as a living assessment of consolidation opportunities based on factors such as cost savings, quick wins, and recognizable high impact targets for the purpose of execution. In addition to providing the management and oversight of the program to ensure successful planning, execution and proper reporting of MHS successes to OMB, OSD and other organizations. Handle revenue goals set for program, accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margin, bill rates and utilization across programs.
