Maintains the functional set up of PeopleSoft and Kronos related to organizational and payroll changes. Works closely with the workforce management teams, HR and Payroll, to maintain payroll calculation and scheduling rules ensuring compliance with employment standards and company policy.Investigates and corrects data errors; maintains issues log and the subsequent resolution; manages the HRIS and TALS ticket queues. Processed payroll for assigned districts or province by calculating termination payments, manual time sheets and other retroactive calculations. Participated in on and off cycle payroll processing. Created, reviewed and distributed Record of Employment forms, managed garnishment processing and CPA reporting. Ensures that earnings, deductions and retroactive calculations are performed based on the legislated and company timelines and according to company policy and government or other legislalitve requlations.

Responsible for data entry of personnel information into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with particular emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Reviewed compensation related paperwork, obtained appropriate approvals and manages outstanding issues list.
