Senior Subscription Specialist
Current• Manage Autodesk maintenance to subscription and transition to named user renewal opportunities • Collaborate with Sales Account Executives on RFI/RFP responses, proposal development, optimizations, and presentations• Create and deliver presentations and onboarding initiatives to facilitate customer familiarity and adoption of Autodesk licensing model changes • Contribute to Customer Success department head in development of all phases of the customer journey including nurture, health, and renewal touchpoints • Work with Operations and Technical Support departments to expedite case resolutions ensuring satisfaction within customer base • Assist Sales Director with preparation of quarterly reporting to sales team
