I am a young and energetic professional Counsellor offering both Online and face-to-face counselling for adults and school-aged children. Through my Counselling experience in a Primary School I have developed a keen interest and understanding about assisting children in this age group and strongly believe in Early Childhood intervention when it comes to Mental Health. I work from both a Person-Centred approach and Strength-based approach in my practice. I use the following modalities in my Counselling practice :CBT, ACT(Acceptance & Commitment)Therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) and creativity as part of my therapeutic approach.I have just introduced Hypnotherapy into my practice for those who need assistance with issues around behavioural change. example bad habits.I also possess years of experience in customer service and administration. As a result I can say that I can adapt easily and excel in any environment. As an enthusiastic individual with a passion for what ever task I undertake my greatest strength is my well developed listening skills, being able to empathise with others and build rapport with people of all ages and all CALD backgrounds.
