Researched best practices regarding performance management and multi-source appraisal systems. Identified organizational readiness through the development and implementation of an online survey.

Provided guidance and peer support to a floor of up to 45 students. Enabled community development through the implementation of floor, building, and residence-wide programming. Encouraged safe and healthy living through the design and delivery of bulletin boards and newsletters. Planned and held weekly floor meetings, engaging students in their community.Community Leader responsibilities in addition to Resident Advisor duties: Was responsible for coaching a group of student leaders. Interviewed potential student leaders using 2-on-1 interviewing, team interviewing, and case study observation. Trained student leaders through mentoring, case study, and role play scenarios. Was responsible for the scheduling of Residence Advisor nightly rounds, balancing weekday/weekend shifts evenly.
