Every week I select a missing person or unsolved murder victim and research that case in order to gain all knowledge surrounding the case. I, then, work with a psychic and medium on the case as she does a cold reading of the case, all while recording each episode. After I edit and add any music to the recording, I record the opening and closing of the episode and then distribute it to 8 different platforms. This is all done at my home and I can do this anywhere in my spare time.

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and facilitating organizational training and development programs. Collaborate with department leaders across the Organization to identify training needs and recommend training solutions to appropriately meet those needs. Also responsible for ensuring new employees receive onboarding training to prepare for their new role properly.

My position consist of taking new hires through the onboard process and training them in the area they are assigned to. I also perform annual training for current employees and maintain licenses and certifications for specific employees. I do help in areas of the plasma center when needed and train certain employees to become designated trainers in their area of expertise. I maintain all training files on each employee at the center. I attend monthly leadership and safety meetings. I perform observations, making sure each employee is performing their duties according to our company SOP’s. As part of management I also help interview and select possible new hires.
