With over 30 years of experience digitally transforming organisations, I am an expert at optimising people, processes and technology. For the last 14 years I have been the founder and owner of Ascend 7, a digital transformation consultancy, and have developed a passion and expertise for designing, building, integrating, and supporting digital systems that are more than just technology. My specialties include product information management (PIM), eCommerce, customer relationship management (CRM), content management (CMS) and document management (DMS) systems.Since July 2020, I have been the CTO of ROKSTEADY GRC, a company that develops, sells, and supports online governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions. In this role, I lead all technology and technological resources, establish the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients. Additionally, since July 2022, I have been the CEO of Managed Digital, a joint venture between Ascend 7 and Managed IT, that provides full digital transformation managed services. In this role, I lead all business resources and set the business vision, strategies, and growth plans, and oversee the execution of projects that solve challenging business problems and achieve strategic outcomes. My mission is to leverage my extensive experience and skills in mentoring technology teams, creative and strategic thinking, software development, business process improvement, and project management to create innovative and effective solutions that add value and impact to the businesses I work with.
