Who is ROKSTEADY GRC? ROKSTEADY GRC is a team of professionals collaborating to deliver products and services that strengthen and improve an organisations Governance Performance, Assurance and Sustainability. Our people have extensive experience in working in public and private sectors with community and mission driven organisations, government agencies, major professional services firms and multinational companies. We recognise that small to medium size enterprises, NFP’s, local government and Indigenous Corporations face demanding compliance requirements, further impacting on already stretched resources and potentially limited ability to engage or employ assurance and compliance specialists. What does ROKSTEADYGRC do? We have developed a Digital Governance Tool based around our Governance Improvement Model. Our Digital Governance Tool enables Boards to demonstrate to its organisation, members, beneficiaries, customers and other stakeholders that they are monitoring, managing and evaluating their organisation’s governance performance through a confidential and rigorously structured process. Our Digital Governance Tool highlights and builds on organisation strengths; identifies gaps and areas for development or improvement; and creates an easy to understand and action, improvement plan.
