As a Customers Specialist at Bar2 it is within my key responsibilities to assist clients with any queries, complaints, feedback, and requests.Ensuring timely and professional responses to all incoming and outgoing correspondence.Using good problem-solving skills to critically appraise and troubleshoot contractors service queries and escalating any query necessary to ensure correct outcome for the customers.Helping our customers to maintain their personal information and ensuring we hold accurate records of their communications with us.As an experienced customer service representative the role with Bar2 sparked my interest when viewing the position requirements and the organization website i was excided to find that my qualifications and personal strengths align with company needs and mission ,I believe this role also suits me as I'm a people person and emphatic. Outside of work I'm a active person which likes to spend lots quality time with family and friends ,reading ,jogging ,long walks on mountains and travelling.
