• Advising more than 50 patients per day, releasing drugs corresponding to diseases they present in accordance with the compensated prescriptions and describing patients the scheme of treatment.• Development – In less than 3 months, I managed to increase the number of patients which registered for a loyalty card;• Time management – The waiting time decreased from 10 minutes per prescription to 5 minutes, due to the implementation of a detailed record of each recurrent prescription, so each patient already had the necessary drugs prepared;• Communication – Efficient communication with the warehouses we collaborate with, so that we could supply the pharmacy with deficient and high demand medicines, helping over 500 patients;• Detail oriented – Adding over 20 invoices per day to the system, with a monthly average of 600 invoices of which only 2 were wrongly added;

• I was promoted from data entry operator, to the pharmacist, where I received over 300 pharmaceuticals daily, stored and added to the system a number of 1,000 invoices in about 3 months.• Patient oriented – I recommended over 500 treatment schemes, where only two patients presented side effects, according to the Patient Information Leaflet, because I always pay attention the drugs interactions;• Monitoring products – I reduced by 40% the number of OTCs, supplements, medical devices and dermato-cosmetics products set to expire by organizing them by color based on BBD.• Working under pressure – I handled over 150 medical prescriptions daily, with a monthly rate of over 2500 medical prescriptions, having in the course of a year only two complaints which have been resolved.• Result oriented – With the help of my team, consisting of 3 members, which I was coordinating, we managed to constantly outreach our targets with a record of 130%;
