Actively within Control Department of the institution, preparing control reports of the fulfillment of objectives, legal procedures, and/or internal regulations.

Drawing up legal documentation in the field of civil law (actions, statement of defence, appeals, contraventions complaints, summons);Drawing up the documents provided by the law in insolvency or bankruptcy procedures;Wording the necessary documentation for establishment / dismantling a company / workplace / associations / foundations;Drafting of statements, constitutive acts, statutes, decisions of associates regarding the transfer/ increase of social parts, appointment / revocation of administrator, etc.Registration of requests and documents to courts of law / trade register / ministries / land register / banks;Drawing up activity reports for court hearings, claim statements;Organizing auctions and drawing up rules of procedures for the sale of assets of the debtor companies;Drawing up the necessary documents for publication in the Insolvency Procedures Bulletin;Monitoring court terms;

Surveilling money operations related to the industry;Organizing weekly the working program of the personnel; Training inexperienced personnel; Support and technical assistance;Promoting lotteries, marketing events, customers care;

Coordonating activities of 50 people within Slot , Bar, Cleaning and PublicRelations departments;Surveilling financial operations, payments,drafting daily revenues reports;Support and technical assistance;Drafting internal regulations, official rules for lotteries/promotions/events;Responsible for labor protection;Administrating customers data base; developing customer care programs;Organizing weekly the working program of the personnel/vacations;Effective participation in organizing, managing and opening a Work Point.
