Roxana has over 15 years of experience in Quality and was responsible for a Laundry Factory in Supplier Quality at GE Appliances a Haier Company, managing and coaching engineers for Site Supplier Quality and Supply Chain Development. As a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ISO Auditor and Lean Manufacturing work-shop member, Roxana has provided international training and led teams utilizing Continuous Process Improvement techniques which is an integrated system of improvement that focuses on doing the right things, right. Her recent experience is in Appliances with technical knowledge in Metals, Plastics and Controls which has earned her recognition as a value-add team member. Demonstrating her problem-solving skills. Roxana now works in Installation Parts as a Product Manager where she is leading the implementation of a new customer Brand and implemented different new SKUs. Roxana is an avid runner, iron-man participator, and a Boston Marathon Participant. Her persistent active lifestyle contributes to her success and productivity in the workplace and in her personal life.
