Current-Execute the onboarding process for 500+ new and returning hires including creating/reviewing applications, scheduling/conducting interviews, employee screening, employee HRIS account creation and all onboarding tasks that follow.-Maintain employee records and documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Child-Care Licensing Division and the Texas Department of State Health Services Youth Camp Program.-Oversee company-wide bi-weekly payroll including employee time-card management, resolving payroll issues and implementing healthy payroll practices for a more efficient and streamlined process.-Piloted LMS program for staff training and development that effectively supports employee growth, and continuously explores new ways to innovate and improve its use.
