-Execute the onboarding process for 500+ new and returning hires including creating/reviewing applications, scheduling/conducting interviews, employee screening, employee HRIS account creation and all onboarding tasks that follow.-Maintain employee records and documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Child-Care Licensing Division and the Texas Department of State Health Services Youth Camp Program.-Oversee company-wide bi-weekly payroll including employee time-card management, resolving payroll issues and implementing healthy payroll practices for a more efficient and streamlined process.-Piloted LMS program for staff training and development that effectively supports employee growth, and continuously explores new ways to innovate and improve its use.

-Directly oversaw all aspects of the Summer Trip Experience program to ensure alignment with the organization’s target goals for student enrollment and matriculation in partner higher education institutions.-Arranged the air travel, ground transportation and lodging of 450-500 students across different regions in the United States including collecting quotes, negotiating prices, managing budgets, facilitating contracts and proposals, and executing large scale expenses.-Coordinated daily itineraries/schedules including planning of meals, campus visits, regional site seeing, and recreational and educational activities for 450-500 students.

-Maintained business relationships as company liaison for vendors and stakeholders including facilitating contracts, documenting administrative and logistical records, evaluating program effectiveness and participation, and handling conflict resolution.-Designed and conducted training and professional development for all staff including overnight leadership retreats and multi-day conferences for 200-250 employees.-Coordinated special activities and ground transportation for 700-1000 campers per week across 8-10 weeks including securing field trips, special guests/performers and community service opportunities in alignment with programming budgets. -Evaluated and developed program fundamentals for 12-14 locations across the city to ensure that safety and program quality expectations were being met.

-Planned, prepared and delivered instructional activities that facilitated active learning experiences using collected student performance data.-Researched, developed and integrated personalized, hands-on science curriculum activities into lessons based off of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards for 7th grade science. -Collaborated with my grade level team to develop and implement aligned healthy classroom management practices and introduce creative opportunities to cultivate a safe, friendly, and welcoming learning environment for all students.
