Main responsibilities:Leading Core data migration projects from legacy ERP systems to Oracle for Emerson Process Management business units in: Hungary, Germany, Spain, France and UK,Implementation projects for core data management processes according to Emerson Process Management standards for business units in Sweden and France; Cash collection software changes to match the new ERP requirements and implementation for new business units.Providing training for the business and colleagues.

Main responsibilities:Efficiency and performance, profit and loss analysisProviding operating management with support and information, Coordinating the price monitoring team and supervising the pricing procedure.I have led the process of implementing the first price monitoring software and procedure for inside and outside the store. I interviewed, selected, trained and led the price monitoring team (7 to 4 people).
