System Specialist
CurrentI started my position at Micro Center as a front end cashier. Working with customers everyday my daily task were to be efficient and courteous as possible while also maintaining specific metrics such as offering service plans to customers and capturing customer data for company usage. Because I excelled in this position, I was soon promoted to another position known as private label card promoter. This position was a core driver of Micro Center revenue growth because ensuring that every customer was being offered the Micro Center credit card helped build customer relations while promoting growth and increased purchase amounts. Furthermore because my personal conduct and achievements in this position the store in which I worked at consistently ranked within the top 1 percentile within the company. After some internal restructuring from within, I was again promoted to a different position within the company called, system's knowledge adviser. In this newfound position my duties and responsibilities included but are not limited to ensuring that I create complete solutions for customers who are seeking to purchase new devices and peripherals pertaining to apple products while still performing all duties that I held previously.
