The report details a best-practice consulting tool for community engagement - Interviewing and meeting key stakeholders involved in the Urban Renewal Process including town planners, architects, politicians and home owners.- Analysis of cultural, political and community factors that deter and enable property development through research into relevant media articles and government precinct plans. - Presented the completed planning project report to the business owner, which ultimately influenced their strategic decisions. Developed skill such as; pacing, emphasis and observational analysis to better convey the teams’ recommendations.
