I am please to announce that I have passed the examination and all qualifications to become a licensed notary.

As Office Manager, I improved staff communications between offices, responded to constituent requests and communications, planned outreach events, attended meetings and met with constituents on behalf of the Assemblyman. Part of my administrative activities included recruiting, training and supervising volunteers and interns for various positions.

Attended events, met with constituents to problem solve and communicate their concerns to the Congressman, was his representative at meetings to hear questions and discuss his activities. I created a system of reports so staff could better convey activity results to the Congressman.

I did casework (problem solving) with state agencies for constituents. Did multiple school outreach programs to get students interested in government. Created responses to constituents requests. Attended events and presented awards.

Guided constituents through the intricacies of state government whether they need help with a specific agency or were trying to find information on laws. Was liaison with both local and federal government. Spoke in the community on behalf of the Senator and helped him give power point presentations.

I was responsible for incoming calls, e-mails, and correspondence. I did community outreach involving speaking to groups and presenting awards.
