As a Quality Assurance Analyst, I developed and executed test scripts for the company's learning management platforms, SmarterU and OttoLearn. Using the Behavior Driven Development (BDD) method, I ensured that the scripts conform to the business terminologies, are easily understandable, and can be reusable for future testing purposes. I also worked collaboratively with the software developers by validating that the user specifications are met in the testing process, and communicated the test results including bugs, possible fixes and outliers.
