Event Planner, Manager, and Designer: Plan, manage, design, and execute all events for DC Brunch Club (DCBC). Design includes lighting, décor, entertainers, and props. In 4 years, DC Brunch Club has successfully organized 14 events for 11,000+ guests. Event sizes range from 350 to 2000 attendees, ages 21-35. Direct all activities with organizing events to time and budget effectively, such as promotional activities, merchandise, vendor & sponsorship management, customer relations, and ticket sales.Brand & Marketing Management:Manage and continue to grow the DC Brunch Club brand via email through target, digital, and social media marketing. Manage all social media, ad campaigns, email marketing, and sponsorships.Direct and/or produce promotional event videos, graphics, and content for social media posts for brand growth and event marketing.Finance/ Accounting Management:Manage finances for the company.Streamlined process for tracking budgets, invoices, and expenses by moving from Excel to Quickbooks.
