Current•Maintain and update contract exclusion records using Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry from both internal and external sources.•Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the exchange of exclusion records.•Ensure proper alignment and accuracy of contract exclusions with external parties, resolving discrepancies as needed.•Perform data analysis to identify patterns or issues within contract exclusions and recommend solutions for improvement.•Manage large datasets and perform complex Excel functions, such as Nested If Statements, PivotTables, and XLookups.Generate and present reports on exclusion record status and performance for internal stakeholders.•Assist with the integration of new contract exclusions into Salesforce workflows, streamlining processes for efficiency.•Provide ongoing support for the contract exclusions team, offering insights and identifying opportunities for process optimization.•Communicate with external parties to clarify exclusion details, ensuring alignment and understanding.
