• General coordination of our Transportation Departments schedule and scheduling/dispatching our drivers.
• Documenting materials sent to and from job sites and verifying via email.
• Notifying maintenance/trailer repair of mechanical or freight issues that may occur.
• Have above optimal skills to communicate with multiple drivers simultaneously
• Are able to confidently problem solve independently
• Scheduling road side assistance for otr trailers/trucks with blown or flat tires.

• Load trucks to capacity (within 10-15 min window) by pushing loads from the staging area onto the loading bay.
• Stage pallets in its designated staging areas based on it’s designated location and destinations (city/state).
• Checking to insure placards are properly in place to be scanned before loading trailers.
• Consolidation of mail/material for stacking to create space.
• Insuring the safety of others as well as equipment being used whether it be a forklift or an electrical jack to create the safest work environment possible.
• Daily inspection of equipment before/after operating machinery and completing the equipment inspection list by the end of each shift.
