Currently have an "All Lines" Adjuster license. I Investigated damages to City of Austin property for determination of any possible third party liability. The investigation process would involve on-site investigation and documentation of any possible violation(s) of Local, State and/or Federal guidelines or laws. If it was determined that a third party was at fault a collection process would be initiated for reimbursement of the repair costs. If litigation was determined necessary my testimony would be provided as either a "witness in fact" or "expert witness". I have been involved in multiple "Mediation" sessions.Prior to my retirement I was involved in the Central Texas Damage Prevention Council and also actively involved in the development of the Texas One-Call Law.
