• Directed daily reconnaissance missions/commanded a crew of 63 mil/civ/foreign nationals, planned and executed near real time intel collection in support of 6 units leveraging a $1.5B Air Force intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance weapons system while providing safety of flight for all friendly aircraft in our area of responsibility.• Our organization suffered from frequent turnover and constant manning shortfall at the Tactical Mission Supervisor position. I trained 6 new Tactical Mission Supervisors and taught them how to train additional Tactical Mission Supervisors ensuring long-term continuity of operations.

• Managed daily reconnaissance missions worldwide commanding a crew of 30 mil/civ, controlling all aspects of SIGINT mission; directing ELINT analysis/serialized reporting/datalink operations/interactions with pilots during which time I delivered threat warning to airborne platforms/C2 elements and disseminated intelligence directly to commanders and warfighters, detecting 18 hostile air defense activity instances and warning targeted aircraft and the Air Operations Center safeguarding 15 pilots/$540M assets.• Directed flight operations for 50 airmen, organizing personnel schedules and tasks and ensured 100% operations manning, while promoting education, professional development and career enhancement.
