• Manage implementation of multi-million multi-phase banking industry-wide project to create next generation of national payment infrastructure. • Delivered for the first phase, a Singapore-wide inter-bank electronic funds transfer for almost-instantaneous, high-volume, low-value Singapore Dollar transactions involving 14 participating banks.• Manage wide spectrum of stakeholders including key partners, technology vendors, major banks, Monetary Authority of Singapore and Singapore's Automated Clearing House.• Run large 70+ size cross-functional group in end-to-end delivery comprising of business analysts, triage team, testers, architects, developers and project managers.• First phase successfully launched to public in Singapore on 17th March 2014 known as FAST (Fast And Secure Transfers).
