As the lead to manage the resource of a team of 7 SQEs in China region. The SQE team are responsible for the supplier quality performance for case products, POWER products, protection glass products and some other outdoor products• Train suppliers for the process and quality requirement, initial communication with suppliers to make sure they understand the requirement precisely• Review Product Quality Plan for all NPI projects to optimize the factory quality programs• Approve productions according to the part approval process (internal PPAP requirements including flow chart, PFMEA, QCP, MSA, CPK analysis, testing report, lab reports, golden samples, fixture list and so on)• Monitor quality performance by quality data analysis and continuous product audit and process audits, initial corrective and preventive action for issues found• Review quality performance with key suppliers for continuously improvement• Support new supplier assessments and qualifications for the needs from US team• Manage product security to protect IP according to the customer requirements.• Support C-TPAT audit and SER audit

• Review and approve quality plan including IQC, IPQC, FQC and ORT. Conduct line audit base on the quality plan• Work with Engineering and testing to approve pilot build samples. Approved pilot build report to release production• Monitor RCCA/CAPA system

Conduct process audit to ensure the process requirements were met• Collect and analyse production testing data and manage the RCCA/CAPA process• Supplier management for OEM manufacturer• Training for the process requirement and quality tools to the project engineers• Lead or participate in the improvement projects for long term (QCC, 6 SIGMA)Highlights:• Manage to develop a pre-alarm system for testing failures in production line that greatly improve the efficiency of problem solving and quality improvement
