Operations center is responsible for monitoring and keeping product for seven different development lines with a minimum of four variations per line for a total of over 30 entirely different types of tests running on 323 tools spread across three separate buildings. This is achieved by responding to tool alarms, SPC charts and recognizing fails, correcting equipment recipe issues, equipment recipe edits, flexing tools for different products and equipment repair. Quality control inspection of stainless steel gas delivery systems using Helium leak tests, particle counts, moisture and Oxygen readings. Tested main campus bulk feed lines and inside the sub-FAB, FAB cleanroom for both lateral and individual lines.
