Current• Lead Cross-Functional Creative Teams: Oversee a diverse team of creators to produce impactful media content aligned with Compassion’s global marketing strategies.• Develop Compelling Brand Assets: Ideate, develop, and execute visually engaging and emotionally resonant video content that drives action and engagement from current and potential sponsors.• Oversee Major Production Initiatives: Manage complex production projects across multiple countries, ensuring consistent storytelling and brand alignment across diverse international markets.• Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning and budgeting to post-production editing, to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.• Collaborate with Global Partners: Work closely with Compassion’s Global Partners to ensure that media content reflects local contexts and resonates with global audiences.• Content Strategy and Development: Partner with marketing teams to develop video strategies that align with broader campaigns, ensuring the content meets specific marketing goals.• Mentor and Coach Creative Staff: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to junior video producers and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.• Ensure Technical Excellence: Ensure that all media content adheres to the highest technical standards, from video quality to sound design, while utilizing the latest production tools and techniques.• Drive Audience Engagement: Produce media that connects emotionally with audiences, inspiring action and sustained engagement with Compassion’s mission and sponsorship programs.• Adaptability and Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure all productions are sensitive to cultural contexts and narratives, adapting content for a wide range of audiences and ensuring authenticity.
