He has a strong passion for helping people optimise their strengths and flourish in their lives and embraced this passion by volunteering with the Association of Psychotherapists and Counselors Singapore (APACS). He is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and also a member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), the American Counselling Association (ACA), and a Certified Instructor with the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
