• All the secretarial and administration works in the head office, office correspondence, filing, handling telephone calls and visitors, generate and submit various reports to the management and consultants.

• All the secretarial works at the construction site office, correspondence, filing, handling calls and visitors, generate and submit various reports of the project to the management, consultant and client.

• All secretarial works like office correspondence, filing, handling mails, calls and visitors, travel, hotel & car hire arrangements for director, petty cash and co-ordination of the salespersons and the customers and contacting various suppliers from different countries. Getting quotations for the purchases and preparing quotations for the sales team

• Greet all the visitors, answer telephone calls besides other reception jobs, prepare the e-mails and faxes of the director, making travel arrangements for the director, procuring quotations and preparation of purchase orders for miscellaneous items.

• To attend and divert all the inbound telephone calls and to answer general queries from the callers

• Responsibilities included check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, invoice preparation, cash handling, switchboard operations and preparation of various reports.
