Following the merger of two of the largest housing associations in Edinburgh I was appointed as Secretary to all the companies within the Group and had joint responsibility with the Finance Director for the finance function of the Group.

In the past I have represented Dunedin Canmore on various groups including with the Scottish Government in the review of how Section 66 consent should be handled, the implementation of various housing SORPs and on the East of Scotland Finance Forum. I also served as a Board member of Fife Housing Association during a period of change . During that period I was involved in the recruitment of new the Chief Executive and chaired its Audit Committee.
