Synthetic biology is a fascinating area of research with real potential to address many of the challenges of our time. As a researcher, I look to apply yeast synthetic biology and generate real-world impact. My research interests are diverse but include synthetic genomics, industrial biotechnology and (currently) antimicrobial discovery. I’m also highly passionate with the science and technology of brewing and distilling.
