I met the owner of the uranium property in Las Vegas back in 2006 and he persuaded me to re-enter the mining industry. Four of us set up UEC and embarked on an exploration program to prove up the property. Starting in 2006/7 we undertook a drilling and exploration program along with a geological survey, culminating in the preparation of a NI 43-101 compliant Technical Report in 2011. I developed and prepared the Business Plan, developed all of the marketing materials, oversaw all exploration work and designed the next two phases of exploration. Currently we are engaged in raising funding to complete an exploration program aimed at defining an initial NI 43-101 compliant resource.

Launched Secure Blue in the US, prepared marketing plan, all marketing materials, training manuals and revised Business Plan, and successfully implemented all and then set up reseller network before handing it back to IBSG as part of the purchase agreement. Recruited and trained sales team. Identified and recruited channel partners. I was also responsible for the product road map and instrumental in designing the product (particularly the UI), SOX Pro, a Sarbanes Oxley solution for small and medium sized public companies. Having completed my assignment as agreed in the purchase agreement, I handed the company back to IBSG.

I was brought into RedHand by the owner to restructure, reposition and develop the company, the product, distribution network and the brand. I was also asked to review the product design and develop the Product Road Map. I prepared the full Business Plan, the marketing plan, all marketing materials, the sales plan, the training manuals, and led the search for a suitor to purchase the company.I was responsible for identifying a buyer (IBSG) in the US and negotiating a mutually acceptable sale of the company on behalf of RedHand’s shareholders. I liaised with the buyer, handled all due diligence and consummated the closing.As part of the purchase, IBSG insisted that I had to be an integral part of the the package and they asked me to relocate to the US to set up the business and develop the initial channels to market, develop an on-going business strategy, recruit a sales team and establish the company and the product before handing it back to them. The US rebranded company was named Secure Blue Inc.

It specialized in international media planning & buying, strategic and business planning for global and indigenous clients such as: Arjo Wiggins, Wembley Stadium and Arena, Sellotape, Bulgarian Tourist Office, Balkan Holidays, Easyodds.com, LOT, Norwegian Cruise Lines, CTC Cruises, Specialix International, Curtain Mill, Maruman Golf, Chandris , Greek National Tourist Office, Cable & Wireless, London Monarchs, Merchant Ivory, Brixx Software, RedHand Software, and others. Accomplishments Specialix flourished and was eventually sold to a Canadian company, Easyodds was funded, established and still operates today, RedHand was sold to a US OTC company based in Florida. In each of these I was a main Board Director and shareholder.
