Founder | Executive DirectorChairs Of Honor Foundation Jan 2022 - PresentGreater IndianapolisWhat We Do...We honor Veterans by telling their stories of sacrifice and service to our nation through custom, handcrafted, heirloom-quality chairs that hold their stories in digital form through the most current technology for generations to come. Why Stories? Our stories create threads that weave a tapestry of duty, honor, and country. Too often, our stories are forgotten or, worse, never told. Therefore, we endeavor to preserve and archive these stories for future generations. Why Chairs? We see the humble chair, individually handcrafted for the Veteran, as a symbol of service. A chair sits quietly in the corner of a home providing comfort to a family, just as a service member provides comfort and protection to our nation through sacrifice and serviceHow we do this?We match a Maker to a Veteran to create a unique chair and provide a storytelling experience to share the Veteran's individual story of service and sacrifice. At presentation of the chair, we record a sit-down interview of the veteran telling their story. This story is then linked to the chair using a unique digital footprint, thus forever preserving the story to that chair.

Co-FounderGinosko.Co Aug 2017 - Jan 2021Greater Omaha AreaWe empower business owners and executives with the knowledge they need to make critical decisions amidst uncertainty through Active Sensemaking Technology™.More simply, we help business owners and executives answer 3 big questions: 1. How do you know what you know?2. How do you make decisions about that knowledge?3. How do you turn those decisions into profitable and effective action? This, in turn, gives you clarity of purpose and action that will significantly reduce risk and create an adaptable and agile organization. We like to say you will be “Navigating the Unknown.” ★★ GINOSKO.CO--A service-disabled, veteran-owned small business ★★In more detail...We firmly believe— from empirical data and past experience—our clients must start by creating a sensemaking system that provides as true a picture of their challenge as possible. We live by our military experience that "intel drives operations.” And your intel is captured through sensemakingWe approach our projects in 3 phases:Phase 1: A Sensemaking Assessment - We work with our client stakeholders to understand how they currently are making sense of their challenge.Phase 2: Build the “Big O” - This is the critical step for a sensemaking system. “Big O” is shorthand for the “Big Orientation System."Phase 3: Deploy into the Organization - This step puts the updated/changed sensemaking system to work enabling your organization to be agile and adaptable. End State: You will have a robust sensemaking system based both in human judgment and technology to be postured to make better decisions for your organization in order to shape and adapt to unfolding circumstances so you can thrive on your own terms.
