Lean Bootstrapping is a LEANSTACK-based, venture-studio-backed, startup incubation program. Each 16-week incubation program begins with ideation, moves to demand validation, and aims to achieve problem-solution fit by the end.Each startup team in the program consists of three roles.- The ‘Hustler’ brings expertise in marketing and sales, strong copywriting and communication skills, and a keen understanding of metrics, pricing, and positioning.- The 'Hacker' uses strong technical and development skills to develop the MVP after successful demand validation.- The ‘Designer’ leverages strong UX & UI skills to lead the architecture, design, and construction of the user experience and interfaces.While each team member specializes in their area, all members participate in every phase of the incubation program. The three members contribute to ideation and engage in all five sprints during the 90-day demand validation cycle. After completing the ideation and demand validation phases, members focus more on their core roles during the MVP creation and delivery phase.
