Subsequently embedded in the client's Global Engineering organisation to lead the deployment of the Methodology across their global network including preparation & delivery of in-person theory training at their sites & remote facilitation of a supporting Case Study.Supporting a multi-national bio-pharma client with implementation of a formalised Capital Re-investment Program for their global manufacturing network.Supporting key bio-pharma multi national client with expansion preparations, specifically preparing a User Requirements Specification for a Warehouse Capacity Expansion. An Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) solution has been chosen for the solution. Vendor selection completed & commercial contract preparation underway when the investment was cancelled.
