Chefs are an essential element in the supply chain as their influences spread far and wide and yet many are not specifically trained in seafood. For many it is a skill they engage on their journey as a chef. The seafood industry is not a great communicator so I am aiming to be a conduit between seafood and the chefs - happy to answer their questions.
