Sales Engineer
I was part of the Industrial Components and Electronics (ICE) sales team managing customers mainly from the Process Industry. Managing existing key accounts and hunting for new customers in order to achieve sales target. Internally, I worked very closely with the product managers to showcase our products to our customers, through "coffee & learn" sessions or roadshows, and was one of the first in Southeast Asia to sell Phoenix Contact's Quint4 power supply to one of our key accounts. Apart from daily sales operations, I had to also mitigate any potential conflict or discontentment from our customers, due to situations like shipping delays, product issue etc.Providing pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to my customers are of paramount importance in gaining their trust and business support.
