Principal advisor to the DCMA Middle East commander for Contract Administration Services (CAS) throughout the Contract Management Office Area of Responsibility. Plans, organizes, and equips DCMA Middle East's teams supporting Foreign Military Sales across the Middle East and Africa. Commander of a Patriot Air Defense Artillery Battery garrisoned at Fort Bragg and organic to the 1st Battalion, 7th Air Missile Defense Regiment,108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, 32d AAMDC, executing Army ground-based, joint air and missile defense operations in support of Global Response Force and CENTCOM Prepare to Deploy missions. Responsible for the combat readiness of a firing Battery consisting of a Headquarters, Fire Control, and Launcher Platoon with an emphasis on discipline, training, maintenance, and welfare of 72 Soldiers and their Family members. Responsible for the maintenance readiness and property accountability of authorized MTOE and installation equipment valued at approximately $176 million. Plan, coordinate, integrate, synchronize, and execute air and missile defense operations in support of no-notice worldwide contingency missions.

Lead the air defense artillery Soldiers. Responsible for protecting U.S. forces from aerial attack, missile attack and enemy surveillance. Expert in tactics, techniques and procedures for the employment of air defense systems. Coordinates the Air Defense target engagement process in joint and multinational operations.

Brigade current operations officer of an Air Defense Brigade with three battalions organic to the 32nd Air and Missile Defense Command, garrisoned at Fort Bragg and Fort Campbell. Responsible for planning, resourcing, and executing training and operations for a brigade consisting of one Patriot Battalion, one Patriot/Avenger battalion, one Avenger/C-RAM battalion and a Headquarters element totaling over 2,000 Soldiers and their Families with 15,850 items of authorized equipment valued in excess of over $250 million. Responsible for the training, management, coordination, and synchronization of the Bridge’s training calendar and development of the Brigade’s mission essential task list based training strategy.

Served as the battalion logistical officer for a Patriot Air Defense Battalion. Oversaw an annual budget in excess of $420 million. Oversaw logistical and supply aspects for firing battalion totaling 425 pieces of rolling stock totaled in excess of $570 million. Managed a logistical team of nine United States Army Soldiers, two Korean Army Soldiers, and eight Korean Service Corps paramilitary workers.

Executive officer of a forward deployed Air Defense Artillery Battery in the Republic of Korea with the mission of defending the United Nations Command and Combined Forces Command critical assets; responsible for the administrative actions, welfare, and morale of 92 Soldiers; managed the readiness, maintenance, and accountability of over 30 vehicles, and Patriot Auxiliary equipment valued at over $183 million.
