Led international teams on 14 programs generating $11 to $22M in revenue each with project budgets of $1 to $3M. Always achieved on time production launch and better than budget operating margins. Best case was inheriting a program at -13.3% OI and turning it around to a 24.7% OI contributor. Program customers included Mitsubishi, Saturn, Buick and Chevrolet. Controls typically used a microprocessor control system, high current blower switch, reflow soldering and multi-shot paint and laser or applique appearance features.
