My responsibilities are to build and maintain servers in house and at client locations. Diagnose and repair client systems or servers for our Insurance clients and our service clients. Upgrading current client servers and systems to current standards. I oversee the in house Tech Shop, where we build white box systems and servers as needed. I was in charge of ordering and receiving of new stock and software. Researching and learning about products to assist and better our clients services and myself.
