CurrentThe Construction Manager II is responsible for the execution and delivery of medium size construction projects within Progressive. These projects consist of medium to large offices, renovation or capital projects. This position is responsible for the construction schedule, budget and quality. Makes construction decisions for the project team. Has oversight of bidding process and contract negotiations and execution. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* Leads project scope development, bid document and analysis.* Develops and manages construction schedules and budgets.* Establishes processes for assigned Real Estate projects.* Leads collaboration with other Real Estate and internal customer teams, in addition to third party consultants, to discuss coordination issues affecting project progress.* Responsible for quality construction and flawless execution.* Leads bid, contract negotiation and execution process.* Responsible for contract and management of vendors.* Responsible for project budget accuracy and integrity of data* Travel Required
