Perform software requirement gathering and analysis through user groups, interviews, and research. Organize, analyze, document, and communicate software requirements. Provide subject matter expertise on software functionality and business processes. Analyze software requirements and translate them into more detailed use cases and other functional requirement documents. Collaborate with QA to support testing efforts. Host online meetings to introduce new functionality of software product.

To lead and provide high quality operational and technical application and systems support to iSolved HCM Partners, customers, and internally. Ensure team goals are achieved. Minimizing the adverse impact of incidents and problems within the software and preventing re-occurrence of Incidents. Prioritize the Partner Support team’s work load. Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems.

Responsible for training and certifying our Network Certified Partners, which are independent payroll service bureaus, to implement the Infinisource iSolved solution for new customer acquisitions. In addition, work with the Network Certified Partner to train and certify them to train their end customers on the use of the iSolved solution.

Oversee and direct the deployment of new software products, services or projects for new and existing clients. Ensure implementation projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Analyze the needs of the client and its employees, translating the business requirements to the deployment personnel. Overseeing and motivating staff, identifying potential problems and presenting desirable solutions. Train customer’s internal employees regarding use of the new systems, products or services. Consistently maintain up to 40 projects at any given time. Have received a number of excellent reviews from customers.
